SuruKode (meaning "to develop") is my technical operations practice. I help non-technical founders, operators, and early-stage teams turn AI-built prototypes into secure, reliable software, and build new MVPs the right way from day one.

Before SuruKode, I spent a decade as a Technical Operations and Product Manager running complex B2B ticketing operations and API integrations. That work taught me what breaks when real customers show up: data that leaks between accounts, integrations that fail silently, and costs nobody is watching.

Today I pair that background with Next.js, Supabase, and AI coding agents like Cursor and Claude. AI does the heavy lifting, but every build is bound by specs, automated tests, and guardrails. It's the same approach behind my own products, Plansuru and RoseS2.
